First Class
This Is What Your First Class Actually Feels Like
Before Class
We’ve designed this experience so you feel prepared — not overwhelmed.
What to book:
MegaBody is our mandatory introductory class and is required for attending advanced classes.
What to wear:
Form-fitting workout clothes + grip socks (required)
What to bring:
Water + a willingness to try something new
Arrive early:
10–15 minutes before your first class so we can walk you through the Megaformer
During Class
This is where most people get in their head — so let’s clear it up:
• You won’t keep up with everything → normal
• You’ll need breaks → expected
• You’ll feel shaky → that’s the goal
No one is watching you.
Everyone is focused on their own workout.
Your only job: keep moving and stay with it.
After Class
This part matters more than you think.
• You’ll feel it immediately
• You’ll be sore (especially days 1–2)
• You may not feel “good” at it yet
• That’s exactly where everyone starts.
What we recommend:
Book your next 2–3 classes within the same week.
Lagree isn’t about one class — it’s about momentum.
Not all workouts are created equal.
Slow resistance training that pushes muscles to failure
High intensity without joint impact
Precision-based coaching (not chaotic group fitness)
This is where strength gets redefined.
How You Actually See Results
Lagree works — but only if you stay consistent.
- 2–4 classes per week
- Focus on control, not speed
- Let instructors guide your form
This is where:
- strength builds
- posture improves
- your body starts to change
This Isn’t Just a Workout
Our studio is built on something bigger than fitness. It’s a place where:
- people show up for themselves
- progress is celebrated (not perfection)
- you start to recognize familiar faces
You don’t need to “fit in” before you start.
You just need to start.
Your first class is just the beginning.
